Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Questions per verbatim: Q. How many officers are requested per day during the listed times per the RFP? A. Three officers per day divided into three separate zones. Q. According to the RFP, the services are not a set monthly rate; it’s based on the hours worked monthly by the officers. Is this correct? A. This is correct. Q. Would the District consider a multi-award scenario, especially for local firms? A. No. Q. Is there an interested vendor list or listing of pre-qualified primes for this contract? A. No. Q. Is the District open to unique, value-focused, and cost-effective partnerships between security guard companies to service this contract? A. No. Q. Regarding the 15 year experience mandate and the requirement of four similar references, would C-level or executive professional experience count towards the 15 years? A. Yes. C-level and executive professional experience will count towards the 15 year’s experience requirement. Q. Please verify that a company bidding MUST have the 15 year’s experience with no exceptions? A. 15 year’s experience is required. Related experience as indicated above will count. Q. In reviewing the map, it appears as if there are 6,600 hours per week being requested. However, on a deeper review, a lot of the areas are within the same facility or have overlapping patrol areas. Can you provide us with a total number of sites/unique areas? A. The total number of sites is 72. Some sites have multiple buildings on the same property. We expect three roving officers per day in three separate zones (to be determined after award of contract). We expect this to be accomplished with patrol vehicles. Each day begins at 2200 hours and ends the following morning at 0600. This is equivalent to five eight-hour days, Monday through Friday (multiplied by 3 officers). In addition, the weekend schedule begins at 0600 on Saturday morning through 0600 Monday mornings. This is equivalent to two 24 hour days (multiplied by 3 officers).
