Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. 1. Change on Bid Form Pricing Sheet, page 17, Section A - D. Replace the word Standard with the words Retro-fit. 2. Addition on Bid From Pricing Sheet, Page 17, Section “D” Line #4 Estimated Quantity. Should read 15. Questions per verbatim: Q. Page 17 section "A through “D" under the unit price. The boxes are very small typing in the amount fits perfect but writing it in in-long hand is pretty tight is there another way of typing in the long-hand to be read clearly. A. Information For Bidders, page 5, item #1 states the following: Preparation of Bid Form. Bids shall be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and Bid Form Pricing Sheet, and completed in full. All bid items and statements shall be properly and legibly filled out. Numbers shall be stated both in words and in figures where so indicated, and where there is a conflict in the words and the figures, the words shall control over the numbers. The signatures of all persons shall be in longhand and in ink. Prices, wording and notations must be in ink or typewritten. Q Page 19 Product specification please confirm the item on this page is needed only when the product in question will be submitted before manufacturing. A. All specifications will be required by the awarded bidder per project. Q. The manufacturer would like to include a 3-years maintenance warranty (once a year, visit and maintain all systems at schools listed in the award, repair and replace any broken parts needed at no extra cost to the district). A. Required warranty is stated in Information for Bidders, page 9, item 20; and in Product Specifications, page 19, item 6. Q. Is it possible for us to go out and do a field measurement for the pockets at the schools needing tables and benches prior to the bid? A.
