ADDENDUM NO. 2 CITY OF TOPEKA Date: March 25, 2025 Central Highland Park Neighborhood – Phase 2 SE Indiana Avenue Street Improvement Project No. 841099.09 Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 501107.10 TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS: This addendum is issued for the purpose of adding bid item(s), providing light pole base design, and providing general information for bidders: 1. The Electronic Bid Form has been updated to increase the quantity of Item #7 - “Combined Curb & Gutter – Type II” to 5,035 LF. The header for the revised Electronic Bid Form indicates “UPDATED TO ADDENDUM #2”. 2. The Electronic Bid Form has been updated to decrease the quantity of Item #A1.1 “Unclassified Excavation” to 1,690 C.Y. The header for the revised Electronic Bid Form indicates “UPDATED TO ADDENDUM #2”. 3. The Electronic Bid Form has been updated to increase the quantity of Item #A1.2 - “ 9” Asphaltic Concrete Pavement” to 6,727 LF. The header for the revised Electronic Bid Form indicates “UPDATED TO ADDENDUM #2”. 4. The Electronic Bid Form has been updated to decrease the quantity of Item #A2.1 “Unclassified Excavation” to 1,150 C.Y. The header for the revised Electronic Bid Form indicates “UPDATED TO ADDENDUM #2”. 5. The Electronic Bid Form has been updated to increase the quantity of Item #A2.2 - “ 7” Reinforced Concrete Pavement” to 6,727 LF. The header for the revised Electronic Bid Form indicates “UPDATED TO ADDENDUM #2”. 6. The DOC020 in the specifications has been updated for the change in quantities as described above. The header for the revised DOC020 indicates “UPDATED TO ADDENDUM #2”. 7. The DOC330 in the specifications has been updated for the change in quantities as described above. The header for the revised DOC330 indicates “UPDATED TO ADDENDUM #2”. 8. Sheets 2 and 4 of the PLAN SET have been updated for the change in quantities as described above. It is the contractor’s responsibility to replace the sheets in the PLAN SET with the revised sheets 2 and 4 included in this Addendum.
