Addendum No. 1 is considered an integral part of the Contract Bid and Construction Documents and shall govern the performance of all work related to the project. This addendum consists of 1 pages and includes no attachments. Purpose of this Addendum: This addendum is issued to address the following: 841099.09 Central Highland Park Phase 2 For the concrete pavement alternate – Include 3 6 26 CNB DT-002 in DOC 820 Supplementary conditions. This detail overrides DT-002 for concrete pavement alternate. Changes include thickened edge dimensions, tie bar spacing, longitudinal joint spacing. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum in their bid proposal. Failure to do so may render the proposal non-responsive. Bidders must upload the signed addendum with their bid submission.
