Please reference to page 5 and 11. Q: A: What are we looking for in terms of quality? What is the expectation per commodity? Products must pass USDA’s grading, certification, and verification. No high fructose as an ingredient. Clean labels preferred, but not required. Q: A: Do we have to get approval for super co-op for non-co-op members? Member districts included in this RFP are to be given the benefit of any lower prices offered by the manufacturers to the Super Co-op members and/or to the distributor, whichever is deemed lower in price.
