Will the lease units price include carpet, vertical blinds and exterior paint to match existing school color body/trim? A. Yes. We want carpet, blinds and paint on rental/leased buildings. Q. Are all building new or used to include sales taxes? A. No Q. Attachment D – Line D4 (not used). Can you add 36x60 (open shell)? A. No Q. Are the standard DSA ada ramps 4x11/decks 5x7 and Handrails that come with bldgs. to be 2015 and newer with DSA 292 Forms? A. Yes Q. Are all items required to have pricing? Will not applicable (n/a) on items disqualify Bid? A. No Q. Do we provide a guarantee form for service response within 24hrs and within 3 hours repair to commence, if not provided will this disqualify Bid? A. We are requiring repairs to commence within 24 hours. Please provide a letter on company letter head that states you will perform repairs within 24 hours. Q. Will the district award multiple bidders? A. If more than 1 bidder is low in a building type, we will likely award to more than 1 bidder. We reserve that right to award to multiple bidders. Q. Confirming the basis of award is the 9-month lease total? A. The basis of award is lowest for 9 months of rent. Q. What size classroom will the 9 month lease total be based on? A. Each building type (i.e. used A-1, new A-1) will be awarded on the lowest for 9 months of rent. Q. How much are liquidated damages? Would the district remove this from the BID? A. Liquidated damages are $500 per day. The district will not remove this from the BID. Q. Just to confirm the district is expecting PW on dismantle. A. Prevailing wages are required for all work done on school property. Q. Is bonding capacity required? If so, how much? A. Bonding capacity is not required. Q.
