Addendum No. 1 is considered an integral part of the Contract Bid and Construction Documents and shall govern the performance of all work related to the project. This addendum consists of 1 pages and includes no attachments. Purpose of this Addendum: This addendum is issued to address the following: On the Pricing Proposal, delete Paragraph 6 Price Requirements, Line C, and replace with: C. The supplemental labor and service rates stated in Article 4 shall remain firm during Contract Year 1. Beginning with Contract Year 2, those rates may be adjusted in accordance with Paragraph 4.03.D.2 of the Solicitation. Any annual increase shall not exceed 5.0 percent of the then-current rate. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum in their bid proposal. Failure to do so may render the proposal non-responsive. Bidders must upload the signed addendum with their bid submission.
