A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Feb. 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Harris County Administration Building, 104 N. College Street, Hamilton, GA. Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on response to the technical proposal, company’s experience, company’s team experience and qualifications, product and subcontractor working experience, company’s financial condition, references, and cost.
