SECTION 00 13 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS LINCOLN COUNTY, NC 353 NORTH GENERALS BLVD., LINCOLNTON, NC 28092 BETHEL BOOSTER PUMP STATION RELOCATION General Notice Lincoln County, NC (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Bethel Booster Pump Station Relocation DWI Project Number: SRP-D-134-0181 RFB-2026-0910 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Lincoln County Manager’s Office, C/O Nolan Locklear, Purchasing Agent located at 353 N. Generals Blvd., Lincolnton, NC 28092, Phone: 704-736- 8478, E-mail: , until September 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled on the outer most package ”RFB-2026- 0910 Bethel Booster Pump Station Relocation.” The inside and outside package shall include the Contractor’s License Number. The public opening and reading aloud of the bids will be at 2:00 PM, on September 10, 2026 at 353 N. Generals Blvd. in Lincolnton, NC 28092. The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is: Dewberry Engineers Inc. Prospective bidders may examine the bidding documents at the issuing office Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the bidding documents from the Plan Room as described below. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a booster pump station with the associated site, grading, and demolition work. Installation of 8-inch and 12-inch water mains with the abandonment of existing water mains. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days.
