Beaufort County is seeking qualified vendors with experience in site planning, civil planning, County and State permitting and construction oversight for design, permitting and oversight of Bermuda Bluff passive park land development and improvements. Bermuda Bluff is a 25 acre County owned property located off Bermuda Bluff Road on St. Helena Island. The County's Land Preservation Department (formerly the Passive Park Department) would like to plan for improvements for public access, parking, bank fishing, shoreline stabilization, and earthen walking trail.
