INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid No. B10-26: Berlin-Cross Keys Road (CR689) Improvements - Contract 4, Borough of Pine Hill and Township of Winslow, Camden County, New Jersey will be received, opened and read in public at the Camden County Department of Public Works - Engineering Department - Charles J. DePalma Complex, 2311 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 on, July 8, 2026 at 2:00 pm prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee. Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/ Any questions regarding the scope of work must be made in writing to Mr. James Winckowski, PE, CME, County Engineer, Charles J. DePalma Complex, 2311 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 or by sending an email by June 17th, 2026 at 12:00 pm to james.winckowski@camdencounty.com with the subject line “B10-26 BCK Contract 4” marked IMPORTANT. Any questions received after this date and time will not be addressed. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
