Ben Blvd. Drainage Improvements Project, Phase II

Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to perform drainage improvements to the a portion of Ben Boulevard in accordance with Ben Blvd Construction Plans (Attachment E), and Supplemental Specifications (Attachment F) contained within this solicitation.The scope of work to be performed includes construction of a new underground stormwater drainage system under a portion of Ben Boulevard, road reconstructions, roadside ditch grading/stabilization, and all misc. items called out on the Construction Plans (Attachment E) in the bid documents. The proposed project for Ben Blvd Drainage Improvements is located within Section 4 of Township 1N & Range 1W in Leon County, Florida. This project is anticipated to take 180 calendar days to perform.Prime Contractor shall possess current and valid FDOT pre-qualifications in the Drainage work class. The pre-qualifications shall be current and valid at the time of the bid submittal.Any Prime Contractor who submits a bid with the intent to use a Sub-Contractor who possesses the work class pre-qualifications MUST identify the Sub-Contractor and submit the Sub-Contractors current and valid FDOT pre-qualifications in the Drainage work class by the Proposal Submission Deadline to be considered responsive to this bid solicitation.
