Belt Filter Press Equipment for the Manchester Creek WWTP Biosolids Processing Facility

Description

The City of Rock Hill (the “City”), by this Request for Proposals (RFP), intends to pre-select one belt filter press (BFP) equipment manufacturer (the “Manufacturer”) to furnish three-belt high solids style BFP equipment to be included in the Contract Documents for installation as part of the Biosolids Processing Facility Project (the “Project”) for the Manchester Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility (MCWWTF).The Project is located at 310 Red River Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The BFP equipment, accessories, and other specified services of the successful Manufacturer shall be available for purchase by the Contractor for installation under the Project at the MCWWTF. The agreement between the Manufacturer and the Contractor for the purchase of equipment and services shall be in accordance with the requirements of this RFP and with the Contract Documents for the Construction Contract between the Contractor and the City. Any Manufacturer terms and conditions in conflict with this RFP or with the Contract Documents for the Construction Contract will not be accepted.
