INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Pennsylvania at the Controller’s Office, Beaver County Courthouse located at 810 Third Street, Beaver, Pennsylvania 15009 (Attn: Maria Longo, Controller for the County of Beaver) until 4:30 PM prevailing time on May 5, 2025 for: CONTRACT NO. 2025-P1 BEAVER COUNTY PARKING GARAGE MAINTENANCE REPAIRS The scope of work includes closure of the garage, washdown of all garage decks, washdown of all vertical items including facade, structural review of the entire garage complete, perform structural and non-structural repairs, replace cables and concrete as required, install sealer to all concrete and masonry surfaces, replace and seal all horizontal and vertical control, expansion, construction and weathertight joints including urethane pre-mold joints and column webs. Renovate each stair tower (two total) and replace existing roofs, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Bids will be publicly opened and read at a regularly scheduled Bid Opening Meeting at the Commissioners Conference Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver, PA at 9:00 AM on May 6, 2025. Bid Documents are being distributed by Ditto Document Solutions, 1020 Ridge Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15233. All bidders are required to buy the specifications for a non-refundable deposit of $125.00 from Ditto Document Solutions at www.dittoplanroom.com. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Board of Commissioners to guarantee the bidder’s entrance into the contract if given the award. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
