This RFP process aims to select a Contractor and execute a License Agreement to operate a sustainable beach equipment concession and water recreation rentals at the Beach. This opportunity will provide a Contractor access to approximately 3 miles of Beach to provide services to the public, hotel guests, and condo residents. The selected Contractor will represent itself along with the City, on one of America's Best Beach Broadwalk by Travel + Leisure Magazine.
