Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to design, furnish, deliver, and install the Roofing System work as indicated on the drawings, in accordance with local codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications. This work shall include, but not be limited to design and procurement of the roofing membrane, related system materials, and associated reinforcing, cutting, sealing, gluing, fastening, cleaning, insulating, fitting, and filling.
