The Project is at St. Johns Avenue and Bayard Avenue, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043.The Work is generally described as removing vitrified clay pipe (VCP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) storm pipe, replacing the piping with 24-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe along St. Johns Avenue and Bayard Avenue to the St. Johns River including drainage inlets and manholes, building a new end wall enclosing the 24-inch storm sewer outfall pipe, and resurfacing the two streets with a new asphalt overlay.All work shall be in accordance with the Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents.
