REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The CITY OF CLEVELAND will receive sealed proposals for basketball and cheerleading uniforms for the Development & Recreation Department until 3:00 P.M., ET, on August 21, 2026, at the Cleveland Municipal Building, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any proposal received after the date and time specified shall not be considered. Proposals must be sealed, plainly marked “RFP – BASKETBALL AND CHEER UNIFORMS” and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
