VTA seeks proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified firms, joint ventures, or entities under other partnership arrangements (“Proposer”) to provide project and program management services (“Services”) for the BART Silicon Valley Phase II extension (“BSVII Project” or “Project”). The Proposer will recommend the appropriate number, duration, and type of qualified personnel needed to meet the requirements described in the scope of services. The Proposer will work with the Chief Megaprojects Officer and their staff to successfully implement the functional areas identified in this RFP.
