This RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Database Administration (DBA) services for a higher education institution operating the Ellucian Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on Oracle databases hosted on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers. The selected vendor will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, patching, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, and upgrade support of the institution's Banner environment. The environment includes Production, Pre-Production, Sandbox, and approximately three to five Test instances that support academic, financial, human resources, student, and administrative operations across the institution.
