City of Palo Alto (City) requests proposals from commercial banks to provide the City with a full range of banking and related services as described below. The banking services must: (1) be efficient and cost effective; (2) maximize use of funds; and (3) utilize state of the art management information services/electronic data processing capabilities to ensure secure financial reporting, monitoring, reconciliation, transfer, and deposit of funds. A detailed scope of work is described below and in the attachments. The attachments contain banking and custodial annual volume activities based on the current service provider(s).
