CALL FOR BIDS NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) 11-254.01 that the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 3:00 PM, local time, Monday, January 5th, 2026, at the board office located in the Greenlee County Courthouse Annex at 253 5th Street, PO Box 908, Clifton, AZ 85533 to supply and install ballfield lighting at the Greenlee County Fairgrounds located at 1248 Fairgrounds Rd, Duncan, AZ 85534. The work involves placement of light poles and lights for two base/soft ball fields, a multi-purpose field, and other areas as described in the project specifications. The work also includes supplying, installing and terminating various switches, conduits, conductors and other electrical apparatus to connect the installed lighting to the local electrical grid. Bidders are cautioned that the United States Postal Service does NOT deliver mail to the board office at 253 5th St. Bidders desiring to submit bids via the United States Postal Service should address said bids to PO Box 908, Clifton, AZ 85533. Specifications are available upon request from the office of the Board of Supervisors at 253 5th Street, Clifton, AZ 85533. Address all questions via email to Tony Hines, Public Works Director, at thines@greenlee.az.gov Bids shall be contained in a sealed envelope addressed to the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors. The outside of the envelope shall be marked “Greenlee County Fairgrounds Ballfield Lighting.” Bids will be opened on Monday, January5th, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Bids will be presented to the Board of Supervisors at their next scheduled board meeting for review and possible award. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid, or to postpone the award date.
