BOONVILLE R-I SCHOOL DISTRICT Request for Proposal Bakery Products for 25/26 School Year APRIL 2025 Boonville R-I School District 736 Main Street Boonville, Missouri 65233 www.bpsk12.net Request for Proposal on Bakery Products The Boonville R-I School District hereby requests bids for the supply of fresh bakery products for the 2025-2026 school year subject to the following requirements: 1. School will be in session beginning August 19, 2025. A complete calendar will be provided to the successful bidder. 2. Bakery items are to be delivered to four (4) school buildings with a frequency of not less than (2) times per a five-day school week. All delivery charges are to be included in the bid. 3. Invoices are to be submitted to the office of the superintendent on or before the th 5 day of each calendar month following delivery for payment to be made during that month 4. Bidders are encouraged to utilize the donated food procession program administered by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for the products on this bidproposal, if such a program is available. 5. Estimated yearly usage is as follows: Whole Grain White Hot Dog buns 16 count—2500 Whole Grain White Hamburger buns 12 count----4500 pkg. Whole Grain White Sandwich Bread 24oz. ---200 loaves Sliced Artesano Bakery Roll 12 count ---1200 Any request or provisions for price adjustment during the 2025 - 2026 school year as the result of changing economic conditions shall require prior written notification, verification of increases and approval of the Boonville R-I School District. The Boonville R-I Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
