Bake Parkway Resurfacing Project - Phase 1 (26S01B), Phase 2 (27S01D) and Normandale Drive and Regency Lane Resurfacing Project

Description

The City of Lake Forest is seeking a responsive and responsible bidder for the following street improvement projects:Bake Parkway Resurfacing Project (Phase 1) from South Pointe Drive to n/o Commercentre Drive (26S01B)Bake Parkway Resurfacing Project (Phase 2) from s/o Commercentre Drive to Rancho Parkway South (27S01D)Normandale Drive Resurfacing Project from El Toro Road to Osterman Road; and,Regency Lane Resurfacing Project from Lake Forest Drive to Normandale Drive. The projects are intended to rehabilitate pavement, improve ride quality, extend the service life of the roadway network, and complete associated accessibility and concrete improvements within the project limits.The work to be performed consists, in general, of asphalt concrete pavement repairs and reconstruction, roadway resurfacing, restoration of signing and striping, removal and replacement of ADA curb ramps and sidewalks, construction of concrete bus pads, driveway reconstruction, utility adjustments to grade, traffic control, public notifications, and other related improvements necessary to complete the work.
