The Sandy Hill Park project (formerly known as Sandy Hill Neighborhood Park) is anapproximately 10-acre park adjacent to Sandy Hill Creative Disposal Area also owned byMaryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC). The existing parkfacilities include a combined use field for football and baseball, a parking lot with 59 parkingspaces, and associated amenities, such as fencing and trash receptacles. (SeeConstruction Drawing Sheet G-3 for all existing features and existing features to beremoved). This project is to renovate the existing park.
