Proposals shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). 1.2 Purpose This is a rebid of current services. Western Arkansas Counseling & Guidance Center has operated the Student Counseling Center on the UAFS campus since July 1, 2018. This contract has reached maturity and will expire on June 30, 2025.
