Proposals shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). 1.2 Purpose This is a rebid of current services. Veracity Onsite has operated the Powell Student Health Clinic on the UAFS campus since August 26, 2024. This contract expires 6/30/25.
