Proposals shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). 1.2 Purpose This is a rebid of current services. HealthSmart has operated the Powell Student Health Clinic on the UAFS campus since 2018. This contract expires 6/30/24.
