Given presently available funding, the contract amount shall not exceed two hundred thirty-one thousand four hundred dollars and zero cents ($231,400.00), through design development. The Town has on its Spring 2017 Town Meeting warrant a warrant article that would allow sufficient funding for all architect services for the project, which would enable full payment of the full project architecture budget of $849,400.00.
