Meridian Contracting, Inc., is the apparent lowest and most responsive Bidder to the subject IFB. Santa Fe County intends to proceed with contract award with Meridian Contracting, Inc., for the above subject project in the amount of $2,260,589.00, exclusive of New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax. In accordance with the requirements set forth in the subject IFB. At this time, please complete the attached new vendor form and submit the completed form to vendorforms@santafecountynm.gov. Santa Fe County staff would like to schedule a meeting to discuss the project and contract terms. This meeting can be held either in person or via Microsoft Teams. Please let me know what days and times will work with your company. Please note, no work shall be initiated until you receive a fully executed Agreement, a County issued Purchase Order (PO) and a Notice to Proceed from the Project Manager, Mr. Daniel Anderson. Once the contract and PO have been fully executed, the Project Manager will contact you to schedule a project “kick-off” meeting. The Payment and Performance Bonds, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Liability Insurance Certificate will be required within seven (7) days of the signed contract.
