I am pleased to inform you that the evaluation committee has ranked Bryx, Inc. with the highest score and recommends selection to proceed with contract negotiations with your firm to provide Non Audible Fire-Fighter Alerting System for Santa Fe County. Following are the results from the evaluation committee: Selected Firm Bryx, Inc Firms Not Selected EaseAlert LLC I will be available on July 10, 2025, from 1:15 to 2:00 PM MST to initiate contract negotiations, either through virtual Teams or in-person meeting. The purpose of the negotiation meeting is to ensure that all necessary tasks and information are gathered to request a quote for the Non-Audible Alerting System. Once a contract has been negotiated, the recommendation for award will be presented to County Management for approval.
