Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA), a nationwide non-profit cooperative purchasing program of the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG), is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide 'Type of Service to PSA Members. The resulting contract from this RFP will be able to be used by local government agencies, certain state agencies, school districts, higher education, and non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations nation-wide.This Solicitation will establish a nationwide master agreement for the acquisition of aftermarket automotive parts, vehicle accessories, and service equipment so that participating public agencies may order a wide array of products, services and solutions as appropriate for their needs. Proposals may include OEM vehicle parts, tires, garage/fleet maintenance equipment, tools, and supplies.
