Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with to Flood-Con, LLC for the provision of Automated Outfall Structure (AOS).In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Flood-Con, LLC to sell these products to the County.
