The City of Pasadena, Department of Public Works (Building Systems & Fleet Management Division) is seeking bids from qualified and authorized vendors to provide the following:Genuine OEM Gasboy parts, supplies, and accessoriesAuthorized Gasboy service and repairs for fuel dispensers, card readers, and related equipmentGasboy fuel nozzle repair, replacement, and service supportWireless nozzle and fuel-ring reader repair, replacement, and related services"OEM" (Original Equipment Manufacturer) refers to genuine parts manufactured by or for Gasboy that meet the original design and performance specifications. "Authorized Service" refers to maintenance and repairs that are performed by vendors certified by Gasboy to maintain the manufacturer's warranty and ensure proper operation of the equipment.The awarded vendor shall provide timely parts availability, repair services, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, reliable fueling of City fleet equipment. The contract term is for five (5) years.
