BERGLAND + CRAM ARCHITECTS B+C PROJECT #26015 NORTH IOWA AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE: AUDITORIUM SUPPORT SPACES RENOVATION SECTION 00 1113 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NORTH IOWA AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE AUDITORIUM SUPPORT SPACES RENOVATION, MASON CITY, IOWA Public notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the North Iowa Area Community College at the Board Room, Room 100, Administration Building, North Iowa Area Community College, 500 College Drive, Mason City, Iowa until 2:00 P.M. November 5th, 2026, for furnishing materials and labor for "North Iowa Area Community College, Auditorium Support Spaces Renovation, Mason City, Iowa". Proposals will be publicly opened by the North Iowa Area Community College, at the above time and place. A Pre-bid walk-thru of the project scope area will be conducted on October 14 at 2:00pm at the Auditorium, meeting at the Lobby, for all interested parties to familiarize themselves of the project conditions. On November 19, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., in the Board Room, Room 100 of the Administration Building at North Iowa Area Community College, a public hearing will be held on the proposed plans, specifications and proposed form of contract for the "North Iowa Area Community College, Auditorium Support Spaces Renovation, Mason City, Iowa" and at said hearing any interested person may appear and file objections thereto of to the cost of said improvements. Proposals will be acted upon by the North Iowa Area Community College Board of Directors at the scheduled board meeting immediately following the public hearing. This meeting will be held at their Board Room, Room 100, Administration Building North Iowa Area Community College.
