Auditorium Lighting Bid

Sevier County Board Of Education will receive sealed bids for the provision of Auditorium Lighting as specified herein. Bids must be received by 1:00 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2026. Bid Opening will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2026. Late bids will neither be considered nor returned. Deliver Bids To: Sevier County Board Of Education 226 Cedar St. Sevierville, Tennessee 37862 The Bid Envelope must show the Bid Number, Bid Name & Bid Opening Date. SECTION I GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Sevier County wants requests for additional information routed to the Maint. Dept. Questions may be faxed to 865.774.1514 or email shannongoodrich@seviercounty.org. Information about the Sevier County Board of Education and current solicitations may be obtained on the Internet at www.sevier.org 1.2 ACCEPTANCE: Vendors shall hold their price firm and subject to acceptance by Sevier County for a period of sixty (60) business days from the date of the bid opening, unless otherwise indicated in their bid. 1.3 ALTERNATIVE BIDS: Sevier County will not accept alternate bids (those not equal to specifications) unless authorized by the Invitation for Bid. 1.4 AWARD: Any award(s) will be made to responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting specifications which presents the product or service that is in the best interest of Sevier County based on Best Value as defined in Section 3.1 and consistent with the evaluation criteria enumerated in Section 3.7. Sevier County reserves the right to award this bid on an all-or-none basis, line item basis or schedule basis. The evaluation criteria are listed herein. Sevier County also reserves the right to not award this bid. 1.5 BID DELIVERY: Sevier County requires bidders, when hand delivering bids, to time date and stamp the envelope before depositing it in the bid box. The time clock in the Central Office shall become the official record of time. Sevier County shall not be responsible for technical difficulties experienced by vendors trying to register or submit their bid electronically less than one (1) hour prior to the bid opening time. Solicitations must be in a sealed envelope/box prior to entering Central Office. Central Office personnel are not allowed to see the submittal nor assist in placing documents in an envelope/box. Additionally, Central Office is not responsible for providing materials (e.g. envelopes, boxes, tape) for submittals.
