RFP 01-0006 2 CITY OF COMMERCE, GEORGIA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR Audit Services SECTION I - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OVERVIEW 1.0 PURPOSE City of Commerce intends to award a one-year contract for performance of audit services, with an option to extend up to three additional years awarded annually. To that end it requests proposals from qualified firms to examine and state an opinion on its financial statements for its fiscal years 2013 through 2016. The City's fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30.
