This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to provide a basis for selection of a certified Audit Firm. The selected Audit firm will be responsible for:providing single audit services to the District.In submitting a proposal, the Audit firm agrees that it will perform the work described in the RFP in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations adopted or promulgated by any Federal or State regulatory body or governmental agency. By reading and accepting this pre-qualification outline, the interested Audit firm acknowledges that the District has no obligation to contract, unless, in its sole opinion, it is in its best interest to do so.
