Collin County’s intent of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract for IT department is for the Justices of the Peace for Precinct 3 and 4 courtrooms, located in Plano and Frisco, Texas, from qualified firms to provide turnkey Audio Video system refreshes to replace existing Audio Video systems. Precinct 3 - Plano Building: Programming of the Crestron processor, Crestron touchscreen and Biamp DSP will match the previously upgraded courtrooms.
