ATTACHMENT TO MODIFICATION/AMENDMENT NO.1 TO RFP NO. GF-2021-R-0009 COVID-19 REQUIREMENT The Contractor is required to comply with the US Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidance for enhanced cleaning to protect against COVD-19 and instruct and enforce the requirements to parties involved in the cleaning task. The contractor shall provide deep, enhanced cleaning services on all high touch surfaces and areas to include but not limited to; desks, computer mouse, & keyboards, phones, lockers, cubies, windowsills and computer tops, doors, frames, doorknobs and push bars, elevator buttons, light switches, hand rails, faucet handles toilet handles bathroom floors, toilet stall door locks, paper towel dispensers, shower and locker rooms, office common areas. These services shall be carried out in accordance with the CDC COVID19 environmental cleaning and disinfection recommendations without restrictions. All hand sanitizer dispensers must be refilled as needed with approved (by CA) hand sanitizer and supplied by contractor.
