SANTA FE COUNTY ATTACHMENT E - COST PROPOSAL FORM RFP No. 2026-0064-PW/DK Water Reclamation Facility Expansion - Design-Build Project Phase II - Volume II Cost Proposal 1. Instructions • Submit this completed Cost Proposal Form in Volume II - Cost Proposal only. • Do not include pricing in Volume I. • State one Total Lump Sum Price for the Offeror's final technical proposal submitted in Volume I. • The Total Lump Sum Price shall be used for cost evaluation purposes. • Attach an Offeror-prepared General Schedule of Values. The total of the attached General Schedule of Values must equal the Total Lump Sum Price stated on this form. • The attached General Schedule of Values is for cost reasonableness review, consistency review, negotiation, and contract administration. It does not convert this procurement into a unit price procurement. • Any Alternative Technical Concept incorporated by the Offeror into its final Volume I Technical Proposal shall be included in the Total Lump Sum Price stated on this Cost Proposal Form. The County is not requesting separate alternate, optional, or Alternative Technical Concept pricing with the Cost Proposal unless expressly requested by the County by addendum. 2. Total Lump Sum Price The Offeror proposes to perform and complete the work required by the RFP, Phase II documents, bridging documents, final Volume I technical proposal, and all addenda for the following lump sum amount: Total Lump Sum Price $ Written Amount 3. Offeror-Prepared General Schedule of Values • Offeror shall attach a General Schedule of Values prepared by the Offeror. • The General Schedule of Values must equal the Total Lump Sum Price stated on this form. • The General Schedule of Values should be organized in a manner consistent with the Offeror's final technical proposal and proposed approach. • In the event of a discrepancy between the Total Lump Sum Price and the attached General Schedule of Values, the Total Lump Sum Price shall control for evaluation purposes.
