COST PROPOSAL for Rainbow Trout Stocking 2027 to 2031 Submitted to : EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT (EBRPD) 2950 Peralta Oaks Court P. O. Box 5381 Oakland, CA 94605-0381 NAME OF COMPANY: Fish will be delivered during normal business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm). In a calendar year, fish will be delivered during two periods: January 1 – May 31 and October 1 – December 31. Exact specifications of each stocking load can be found in the Request for Proposal for Rainbow Trout Stocking. Provide a flat price per pound, fully inclusive of all production, testing, permits, highway transport, and delivery labor costs based on Scope for the first two years of the contract. Price per pound shall include delivery Free on Board (FOB) of Rainbow Trout to lakes designated by EBRPD within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. If awarded, the Park District will compensate for trout at the fixed price per pound for two years. For years three to five of the contract, the price may be increased at the rate of the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase for Northern California, subject to review and approval by the District.
