COST PROPOSAL for Channel Catfish Stocking 2027 to 2031 Submitted to : EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT (EBRPD) 2950 Peralta Oaks Court P. O. Box 5381 Oakland, CA 94605-0381 NAME OF COMPANY: Fish will be delivered during normal business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm). Fish will be delivered during the period of: June 1 – September 30 annually. Exact specifications of each stocking load can be found in the Request for Proposal for Channel Catfish Stocking. Provide a flat price per pound, fully inclusive of all production, testing, permits, highway transport, and delivery labor costs based on Scope for the first two years of the contract. Price per pound shall include delivery Free on Board (FOB) of Channel Catfish to lakes designated by EBRPD within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. If awarded, the Park District will compensate for catfish at the fixed price per pound for two years. For years three to five of the contract, the price may be increased at the rate of the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase for Northern California, subject to review and approval by the District. LINE 1 QUANTITY 10,000 – 40,000 pounds annually DESCRIPTION PRICE PER POUND for first two years of contract TOTAL • 70%: Channel Catfish weighing 1.5–2.0 pounds each • 20%: Channel Catfish weighing 2.5–4.0 pounds each • 10%: Channel Catfish weighing 4.5–8.0+ pounds each The undersigned offers and agrees to furnish the above per the Scope of Services at the prices and terms stated.
