Including at least The system shall provide a single, unified platform for voice, radio, and screen capture recording, search, retrieval, and playback. The system shall operate continuously (24/7/365) without scheduled downtime for routine maintenance. The system shall be designed with full hardware and software redundancy, eliminating any single point of failure. The system shall support on-premises deployment. Hybrid architecture will also be considered. The system shall provide an intuitive browser-based or thin-client interface for playback and administration. The proposer shall provide a system that is actively supported by the manufacturer with a published product roadmap. The system should provide an open API or integration framework to support future third-party integrations. The system should support multi-site or geographically redundant deployment for disaster recovery. The proposer should also include and additional features their system offers. 3.2 Analog (TDM) Recording Requirements Requirement The system shall support a minimum of 50 analog TDM channels for primary recordings. The system shall support a minimum of 50 analog TDM channels for backup/redundant recordings. The system shall be compatible with the County's 2 existing Analog Interface Systems (AIS).
