Office of Procurement August 22, 2024 RE: Intent to Award – Bid # UAPB A193-Athletics Compliance Software To All Respondents: The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff has completed its evaluation process for the abovementioned bid. The bid due date was August 14, 2024 at 11:00am. The University only received (1) qualified responses that was submitted. The recommendation for award extends to Teamworks Innovation. Respectfully, this letter of “Intent to Award” serves as notification that contract negotiations will commence between Teamworks Innovation and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with the goal of a fully executed Purchase Order/Contract to be issued by the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
