Assessment Engineering Services for the Anaheim Resort Maintenance District (ARMD)

Description

The City of Anaheim ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Assessment Engineer Services for the Anaheim Resort Maintenance District ("ARMD" or "District"). The selected Consultant shall serve as the City's Assessment Engineer and provide the professional services necessary to administer the District's annual assessment program in accordance with the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, Article XIII D of the California Constitution (Proposition 218), the City's adopted assessment methodology, applicable resolutions, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws. This Request for Proposals establishes the City's minimum service expectations. The Consultant shall perform all professional services reasonably necessary to successfully administer the District, including customary services reasonably inferable from the Scope of Professional Services, whether or not every incidental task is expressly identified.
