ASR Demonstration Study—Surface Facilities (ASRSF)

Description

The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following Project:ASR Demonstration Study—Surface Facilities (ASRSF)CSP 25-062The Project consists of construction of a pilot facility designed to study the long-term feasibility of Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) at an existing facility operated by the Trinity River Authority. Construction of the well was completed in 2024, and this project consists of construction of the facilities piping and infrastructure (Package 1), and the electrical and instrumentation systems (Package 2) associated with the pumps and associated equipment to be provided and installed by the well contractor, Hydro Resources Mid Continent Inc. (Package 3). Contractors are invited to submit proposals for either or both Work Packages.The Owner's Budget for the Project is $3,541,128. The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before December 31, 2026. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion.
