The scope of work includes resurfacing and joint sealing multiple city-maintained streets in the City of Union as identified in the full work summary. The City of Union (OWNER) reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. OWNER reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of OWNER. Bids must be delivered to Attn: City Clerk, 1843 Bristow Drive Union, KY 41091, before 1:00 PM prevailing local time on Monday, March 10, 2025. Any bids received after this time will not be considered. All Bidders be aware that the work associated with this contract shall not begin prior to July 1, 2025.
