NOTICE TO FIRMS ASHTABULA COUNTY CORONER’S TRANSPORTATION SERVICES RFP#1 The Board of Commissioners of Ashtabula County, Ohio, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) and accepting sealed proposals for transportation services for the Ashtabula County Coroner’s office. Interested firms shall submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their proposal no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on October 8, 2026, at which time the proposals will be opened and read. Sealed proposals shall be submitted to: Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners Attn: Lisa Hawkins, Clerk Old Courthouse, 2nd Floor 25 West Jefferson Street Jefferson, Ohio 44047-1092 Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope.  The outside of the envelope shall be clearly marked: RFP #1-Ashtabula County Coroner’s Transportation Services October 8, 2026- 3:00 p.m. Questions regarding any technical matters related to this RFP shall be directed in writing to:  Amber Stewart, 25 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio 44047-1092 and can be sent via email to: by October 1, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The RFP and related documents are available online at www.ashtabulacounty.us/bids by clicking on the applicable notice located at the bottom of the page. No firm shall be deemed eligible to be awarded the contract of which this notice applies unless the firm has completed this RFP in its entirety. The Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all proposals and has the sole discretion to select the proposal determined to be most advantageous to the County.
