As-Needed Traffic Engineering Data Collection

Description

The City of Vista is requesting proposals from traffic engineering data collection firms to provide services collecting traffic engineering data and conducting transportation engineering studies on an as-needed basis over a maximum of three years with the option to renew the contract for two additional one year terms.  Services provided under this contract shall not exceed $145,000 over the term of the agreement. Attached is a City of Vista standard agreement for this service that the City will require the selected firm to execute. The services include, but are not limited to, turning movement counts, daily traffic volume counts (ADT), speed profile studies, speed surveys, travel time studies and others as required.
